I have ordered short kurti from samvrita.in website but due to size issue I have raised a return request it’s been * month now they haven’t take any action on this issue. While requesting for return they have asked to upload unni unboxing video and kurti photo. I have uploaded it as well. But still no action has been taking by them. I am calling on their mentioned number on their website but number is not valid. There is another number mention on their Instagram page by calling on that number they are not receiving calls. I have mailed them an issue on their gmail id as well but there is no reply from them through mail as well. I am texting them on their WhatsApp number as well but they are not replying on WhatsApp number as well. No deliver person not yet came for picking up the kurti yet.
