Teckpot - I have Ordered printer but they not processed

I have placed order on HP Laser MFM***a Printer cum Scanner on ** feb ****. On **nd March, they have informed due to technical issue, there is data lapse and cannot process the Order. And asked to share bank account details for full refund. I have shared the required details and following mail sent on daily basis . But ever after ** day's , still there is no response/refund. Tried to contact company people over phone, but the phone number provided on the website not working. Request any one to please help to get my refund.
