have ordered dress from meesho as cash on delivery. I have paid the money and received the parcel but which it was received kurti set which was completely different product. I have raised request for return by uploading images as well but during the time of pickup they failed the pickup as it didn't match with the image given in meesho app. Its very obvious if i receive wrong product then only I will return and so did I but courier pickup boy is not picking up my parcel as the product didn't match. I have raised complaint so many times in customer care and they are claiming without reason that they have delivered the right product. I got a huge loss and money is wasted and customer service is very poor.
