I am a Meesho Seller. The delivery partner informed me that the Return/RTO shipment was left at their office and would be delivered the next day. However, the portal is showing the status as Delivered, even though I have not received the shipment.
Additionally, the POD uploaded on the portal shows a photo of a bag which clearly proves that the delivery was not made to me. No OTP was collected at the time of delivery. Due to this issue, I have incurred a loss of ₹***.
Request you to please investigate this matter, take strict action against the courier partner, and resolve this issue at the earliest.
