I have not received my complete order #************
Hi I have placed * orders for medicines for me and my mother on Saturday evening. The order number is #************. The delivery guy Sukhdev Singh collected * packets from Popli Homeopathic Clinic but he delivered only one packet. Below are the screenshots clicked by the delivery guy. My medicines are missing. I need my medicines soon. He handed over only one packet to my father. At that point of tine we have not checked it as the package was touched by a third person. And during the time of corona virus we prefer not to touch the package immediately. I was under the impression that both the medicines were in one package, so I haven't opened the package. Because this thing never happened with me previously. Next day, it means on Sunday morning when I opened the package, I only found my mother's medicines in that. My medicines were not there. I called the pharmacist and messaged him as well. He said both the medicines were in * seperate packages not in one. He also said the he handed over * seperate packets to the delivery guy Sukhdev Singh. Then I checked your app and it was showing * packets in the pic clicked by him in the clinic. I contacted your chat service and tried to call the delivery guy several times from *:** am to **:** am. But he never picked up my phone. I also messaged him to deliver the second pack of medicines as I need to start them from the morning. Finally at **:** am he picked up the phone. I explained everything to him. But he was not ready to listen. This is really a very bad service. I have proof that he delivered only one package. The same can be seen in the second picture clicked be him. I have attached screen shot of both the pictures along with some other pictures. The total ammount I paid for the medicines was Rs *** My Mother's Medicines were for Rs *** My medicines were for Rs *** I haven't received my medicines.
