Loconto - I have been cheated of ₹ in the name of dating services

I have been getting calls from the website Loconto and asking if I was interested in earning an income by providing "service" to the so-called "high class" ladies around your locality. In the name of registration and all, they asked me to deposit ₹*** in the beginning. After that, they asked me to deposit ₹*****/- of which I was told that ₹***** was refundable. Then they told me that I have to pay ₹***** as a security deposit for finalizing an agreement between me and the client. They arranged a fake phone call to talk to a random female. Till here I had made all the payments. Then I get a call saying that your id card and the agreement has been made and now there is a "police protection card " that is required and for that card, I have to deposit ₹***** which I denied and asked them to cancel my subscription and requested them to refund my cash. They are telling me that they don't have the provision of doing that. My multiple phone calls have been not answered and when they do they ask me to pay the cash-only then will I be able to get the entire refund of ₹***** and ₹***** until then they can't do anything. I have been cheated of the above said money and no service has been provided. I have been irresponsible and stupid and have exhausted my savings completely and am being mentally affected because of this. I want to go against them because I don't want anyone else to be greedy as me and fall a trap to their fraudulent promises.
