Greetings.
Sir, As under I am writing in Detail for Duplex.

Sir, My deal was done in ****, and registry was done in June **, possession was done in August -****. (Incomplete House was given to me, still no possession letter).

Sir, still builders have not completed many jobs at our duplex and society. for that I was sending email to get it done all related jobs completed), but when they were not completing all jobs at our duplex and society then complain to Rera. (There are lots of jobs are pending at our duplex like painting jobs, finishing jobs, quality issue, video door bell, fall ceiling in one room, texture paint on one wall, and in society like swimming pool, power backup, electricity meter to each house, temple, banquet room), Sir they showed us lots of dream through broucher, but even **% jobs are not done.
Sir I have filed Complaint for Builders in June **** In Rera, and when I was struggling to get it done all related works at our duplex and society, and I have sent them last email in may -**

When I was struggling all the related jobs get it done and complained to Rera in June ****, and July **** they presented my security cheque to Bank, of Amount Rs. * lacs (where I am to pay Rs. ***,***/-, but after completing all the promises which was done through the builders) (Sir related all the remaining jobs several times I have sent them reminding email also) and My cheque was bounce due to insufficient funds, and before one month I received notice from court, so I got Bail on **/**/****. (I have given Rs. **,**,***/- to him and they have written I have paid them Rs. **,**,***/-) (Sir on the cheque I have written only company name, and amount and date was filled by them), Sir, I am agree to pay amount, but *st they should do all related jobs at our duplex and society. (They showed us lots of dream but do nothing), Also Rera order was given on **/**/****, but after Rera order they have done nothing. Sir, its humble request please guide how we can go further. (Now I should ask them for money, because they have given too much tension to my mind)

Sir, builder have looted my whole life earned money, and troubling too much, they are playing with my money and giving too much harassment. What can I do for them. Sir I am normal salaried employee and builders are mostly big in money, and sir ji please guide me for justice, how we can go further for related all the jobs which are to be complete. Sir ji builder have filed my wrong case ***, they have filled amount and date by their self, June **** I have filed case for him in Rera, and July **** they have presented cheque to bank.

(Sir now I want to claim him for money, because my lots of money has been wasted for case and other things. and builders are doing nothing, our colony even not secured and not covered from whole side) (Sir Kindly guide me how I can go further. (Sir they have not completed **% jobs also as per brocher)
