Laptop home service SHASTRI NAGAR - I have been cheated by the laptop repair company

My laptop was not working and I wanted to get this repaired, on **-Feb-**** I found details of this company on Google, I called them and they sent a technician to check my laptop. He said to check the fault and to find what can be repaired he need to take this to his "work shop", I was bit reluctant because I thought they provide home service (as per the name of the company and their ad on Google", but I was eager to get my laptop repaired so he agreed to take only *parts with him inorder to get them repaired. So now it has been almost a week and neither they have repaired it nor they have sent back the parts to me. I'm here stuck with no laptop and unable to work, I can't even take it to any other service center because * important parts of my laptop are with this fraud company. I call them everyday and each time I get a false reply either some one will call me or they are sending these parts ack to me but nothing has been done so far. This is causing me stress, and mental harrasment as I'm unable to work, I have so much of things pending and everyday I'm getting hit financially and emotionally.
