herofincorp - I have applied personal loan in hero finCorp During loan processing time the bank member loan assist

I have applied personal loan in hero finCorp,
During loan processing time the bank member (loan assistant member) not shared any loan details to me,
Ex - * . What is the intrest rate.
*. What is the tenure required.
*. Processing fee details.
* . How much monthly EMI.
Hided all the information during the loan processing time. Many time i asked bank associate to get the above information.
But bank associate informed once you provide all the details then we will inform the details like that information from the bank associate. They have collected all Nessory documents and information from my side and not given any singal information regarding loan.
Even I have informed many times once give the loan details then only release the amount. Strictly I informed. But without my permission and my approval loan amount credited to my account.
