i had sucessfull made payment on due date and and amount is debited from my account and credited to mpokket merchant account but app is showing still overdue.and i had raised charge back from my back and a i got my amount refunded after **days and panalties are added on my account i requested mpokket to remove penalties so i can pay but they had not removed and still they are adding more and they made my cibil score to decrease and blocked my limit and moreover they sent a message that i had been not paying loans to all my contacts and i am getting lot of calls daily and declining calls in middle of conversation
