I ordered a Ronaldo Iconic Celebration Statue from MyGoat Store on *nd October **** and received it on *th October ****. Instead of the item I ordered, I was sent a Cristiano Ronaldo Statue (CR*). I reported the issue within * hours of delivery and shared all proofs—invoice, opening video, and order screenshot. The seller acknowledged the mistake and promised a refund, but even after repeated follow-ups, I haven’t received it. This delay and lack of response have caused mental stress and financial loss. I request immediate action and refund.
