Double A Trendz - I got wrong shoes and now the instagram seller is not replying to the message

I was scrolling on instagram and saw an add of shoes which said there is offer going on for which we will get * pairs of shoes for **** . I placed order for two shoes of * size (UK) . The seller was replying me till I had not placed the order . I was quiet satisfied by the way of his chatting . After * days ie on **tg September **** the seller sent me the tracking id for the shoes . Then I received my shoes on *th October **** .The parcel was delivered by Indian Poston Service . I had paid the money for the shoes (Rs.****) to the delivery guy . But one of them was not the one which I had ordered on the other one also seemed old and the prints on the shoes were almost worn-out . I had even recorded the video while opening the package also sent photos of shoes to the customer care , wrote an email , and even called multiple times via instagram . But the seller is not replying . He was chatting with me via this account @shoesstoppers . The brand on instagram has a account by the name @doubleatrendz . Please help me it was my parents money , they trusted me in buying the shoes form this seller . Please I do not belong to a vry rich family . I want the money form the seller . please help me.
