I have ordered a kurta set from kurtagrace but got a wrong one a green saree and a dupatta both I haven’t even opened. When I tried to contact them they are not responding.. i have ordered twice the same dress because at first order I didn’t get any confirmation of order but second time i got confirmation mail and when they call to confirm I asked them to cancel one and they did ..so i believe its a trust worthy website … then i got the wrong product n they are not responding to calls or mail..
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
