Indian Army Indian army transport parcel department fraud - I got scammed by a guy who claimed to be a CISF officer at an airport

On **th April **** I came across an ad for an Air Conditioner in the quikr website and then contacted the person through WhatsApp. Then I the person claim d to be a CISF officer at the airport and he even sent me his live location which was pointed at the chennai airport and he even sent me his ID as proof. The next day on **st April **** I thought this guys was legit and I negotiated the price and then settled for it and paid an amount of rupees **** as advance and then hee sent me a delivery bill which look like the Indian army transport parcel department and initially I didn't notice that the details where actually overwritten but it was too late by the time I found out. Then I was sent a phone number by this guy who he said is the delivery guy and i contacted him and he said that I have to pay a certain amount which will be deducted from the original amount so beleiveing him I sent he money but then this delivery guy said i sent the money in wrong format and he asked me to send it in the correct format and we argued for a while and later I was convinced enough to send it again which he again claimed that it will be deducted from the original amount. So after all this he sent me a video show a sim card like chip being inserted into a vehicle saying that this is a tracker and for this I have to pay **** rupees and this was not mentioned earlier. So I got suspicious here and contacted the CISF and enquired about this and they asked me to contact the police. But I was in shock after realising that I got scammed and I kept contact both these guys and one didn't pick the call and when the other guys did i ask d for a refund of my money and he was just talking nonsense and it didn't make any sense and later he just started to curse at me and started to ignore my calls.
