Vinod Cookware - I got one damaged tope in my order

Hello.
I have ordered three topes from Vinod cookware. I purchased online. I got one damaged tope it has sharp dent at the bottom of the tope. So I called them three continue days but no one is picking up the calls. Even I tried to send email also. The Customer service is pathetic. How to contact and solve this?
