Asus india asus tufinch model - I got defective product and need replacement

I purchased laptop on **th Jan **** i used my laptop for ** days lightly after I installed microsoft teams and skype I got camera issues when I contact they told I got defective product service centre they repaired and replaced but it didn't solve the problem when I asked replacement they didn't allow.The shopkeeper didn't told the replacement policy,also I am facing issues within ** days after buying new laptop I am mentally disappointed when I buyed laptop I fully happiest but it's short time so I am requesting actually begging solve my problem because I tottaly disappointed and not to do anything further carrying laptop to service centre waiting almost morethan * hours I am totally restless and my patience was done.
