Ketch - I don t get my refund from ketch app

I order a women kurta with jacket in the color of sea green on date -*th of August from vishudh brand and the website is ketch then I recieved the parcel on ** August so the fit was little tighten then I returned the order on ** August but bcoz I had a major accident so I didn't made any vedio while returning the parcel but now there is almost one month and I don't get my refund money yet
