Inface Story - I dint get neither d product not d refund

I order it in September , they didn't send me any information other than booking confirmation, I started askng about tracking id n all but they didn't respond to my mail toll today... Then while I was searching In google I got there contact number +************

I called to one among these numbers they called me back from another number , they askd me about my order details and den dey acted as if they r checking d product den dey said the product has been canceled we will refund you... I told I didnt cancel the product...den asked wen I will get the refund ? They told u should download supporting app for that... I askded we didn't download any app to order then y should I dwnd app to get d refund n I askd wat n details I should give in the app ... They said I should give my card details!!!! I asked dem is it any scam? They said for the sake of tax thing you should give those details... I askd y didn't u ask any details wen we are paying y u want d details wen we are getting refund!!! Is it any scam to take oua card details? They just cut the call... I have recording of the conversation . . . I can openly say it's a scam... Don't buy any products frm that
