Arbunore - I didnt get my refund money

I was ordered shoes on the date **rd Sep.after * days i got this order but when i opened it its look like small size for me quickly i requst for return this product after * days the parcel company picked up my parcel but still * days completed i didnt get my refund money. i was contact to Ajio on mail, contact no. but they didnt respond me.
