I ordered a suit on meesho app, prepaid it.I didn't received any parcel but in delivery status they showing its delivered. I file a complain on meesho consumer care on a same but now they are saying they delivered it via OTP but I didn't share any otp to anyone and also I contact Valmo delivery boy he is saying that the delivery boy is not there he didn't know about it he can't help in it . From last two days I called everyone regarding my issue for resolve but it didn't. Please resolve my problem and refund my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
