Trendy - I didn t receive the product and i didn t receive any tracking id

I have paid the amount of ***/- to seller ( instagram id :- trendy_wardrobe *** ) through phone pay on **- Aug-**** at *.** pm and I have purchased * products. They said they will in deliver * to * days and till now I didn't received and they are even responsible to the messages and calls ( and also even on what's app call) and this there mobile number ********** which they given. So please slove this issue
