Eyemyeye com - I didn t receive my refund

On **th sep. I returned a product which i ordered
From eyemyeye.com but i haven't received my refund yet although it's a small amount but when i check customer reviews i found that it's a fraud site..many people didn't get their refund
So i am begging you to please take an action against this eyemyeye.com
