Arihant ctet books - I didn t receive my Refund amount

I have placed order of * Books for my ctet exam preparation. I have paid the amount by my debit card. From my order the seller cancelled * books. I didn't even cancel my order. And from **rd of march they were showing that my amount will be reflected in my bank account by **th march! Daily i checked my amount is credited or not! I didn't receive my amount and this is happening always! Before this also i returned my kurti to flipkart but I did not receive my refund amount! I contacted to customer care they only say contact to your bank! Now this time also they are giving me the same reply! And behaving rudely! I will take actions against this these all sentences they are using! If i ordered from your app if ur seller cancelled my order and at the time of placing order you properly cut my amount from my bank and took and at the time of refund such kind of rply they are giving. Rupees *** might be small amount for them but for me it is not.
