Mivi collar wireless Earphones - I didn t got my product back

I had purchased Mivi wireless bluetooth earphones which stopped working so I mailed them. After a lot of days they sent a courier guy to collect the product and asked me to wait ** days for exchange. It's been more than a month I didn't my product back. The call isn't connecting and whenever I mail them they use to reply me that the product is in checking department and now since a week they even replying to mails.
