I ordered a shorts set of * , then after delivery it didn't quite fit so I requested for exchange of bigger size. Then on the exchange delivery date I was out of town so when the delivery agent called me I told him to come another day due to severe inconvenience and he agreed then he asked for OTP and said he will deliver it to me even if after updating the status on app.
And updated on the app that I got the product. But till this date after even * business days he haven't come . when I contacted him he didn't care and said he won't do anything now and cut the call while I was requesting...please do something I am a student , I really can't afford this kind of inconvenience and problem . This app really is very stiff in these type of matter. Thank you.
