I placed an order on **th October, **** but I cancelled immediately because delivery date was too long and I checked that delivery date after placing order. The amount was rs. ***/-. Today is ** October, **** still I didn't get my refund.
Everyday I do mail in their e-mail id, still I didn't get any reply.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
