mobiskart com - I did t get my refund

Sir I ordered a mobile (redmi note * pro worth Rs. *****) on **th July through a website mobobiz.com. After * days they canceled my order and promised to refund the amount. But we got nothing. When we tried to contact them they requested to fill a form demanding our ATM card details and also installing an app which can swipe our all data. They are frauds. We are **-** persons who are cheated by those. We registered a complaint on cyber crime portal but there is no response yet. It is fraud of about *-* lakh. I am sharing some more information about this through a image attached below. Plz sir look into the matter. We lost our money.
