Javed filed complaint against Tv story on Apr 3, 2026
I want to file a complaint against Story TV for unauthorized and misleading auto debit of ₹***.
On ** March ****, an AutoPay mandate was set up via UPI, but it was not clearly informed that ₹*** would be deducted automatically. The process was misleading and lacked proper transparency.
On * April ****, ₹*** was automatically debited from my Airtel Payments Bank account without proper consent or clear notification.
I did not intend to subscribe to this service. This appears to be a deceptive practice.
I contacted customer support, but they denied refund stating that the payment is completed, which is not acceptable in this case.
I request a full refund of ₹*** and immediate cancellation of the AutoPay mandate. If not resolved, I will escalate this issue to higher authorities.

Kindly take strict action and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
