Vodafone Postpaid - i did not get sim from vodafone store

hi sir,
i live in chandrapur district maharashtra state and i have vodafone postpaid sim. which is *G but i switched my phone from *G to *G and now i want to replace my sim in *G, but since long time vodafone mini store says they does not have *G sim to replace.
further more, without using that sim i have pay bill for this month.
and whenever i ask them, how to change my postpaid connection to prepaid connection they never respond
