I hope you are doing well. I made a deposit of ₹**,*** to my Parimatch account on March *, ****, but the amount has not been credited to my account yet. It has been * days, and I have not received any update regarding this issue.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and process the deposit at the earliest or provide an update on the status of my transaction. If required, I can share the payment proof for verification. I contacted your customer support they are useless and not giving me proper resolution I'm frustrated it's been * days your timeline is * days of refund .four day before Your executive is saying you will get in ** hours .and they are ending my chat without giving resolution and so much late reply.I need my money back.please look into this matter.i have attached the payment slip and my bank statement because your executive told me that you got the refund and asking for my bank statement.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Looking forward to your prompt response.
