Mpokket jalan chemical industries - I closed all the loan but it still active on cibil

During the pandemic situvation i can't pay the amount so there is delay occured and they keep calling after the * month on September ** i pay all loan because i want to apply for education loan and i realise that cibil score is important, before that an executive call and i asked him how long the credit score will be updated he told that just ** working days and till now there ia no change till today **-**-**** and my credit score is low i send mail several time but they keep saying that they are observing and it will be updated on ** business days.I'm sure they don't doing anything my loan are still active when i look into the cibil I'm paid full amounts including the fine so kindly see the problem.
