Flipkart and Samsung - I can t use my warranty and no one is responding for my calls

I had bought Samsung frame Tv **t cm from Flipkart and further I bought *years extended warranty too. Now unfortunately now my setup box of TV is not working I tried to call Flipkart costumer care but no response please help me
