I bought a bike on **/**/**** from Sri Krishna Bike Showroom located at Bakhrahat. They haven't given me a registration certificate or a blue book yet. Please help me. I have been repeatedly shown the excuse that there is a court case in the case of getting the Blue Book. If the government wins, you will get the Blue Book.
