www happyfares in - i booked two tickets from delhi to sxr on 18 march now they are not refunding me the payment

i booked two tickets from delhi to srinagar on ** march **** and i payed ***** for that then they said we will refund you within **hrs but they didn’t.
now they are saying will do it in */* working days i need to book another tickets and they are not refunding me the money back.
so i request you to please help me out with it.
