Jio mart brands - I am unable to access my original account and refund amount

I am facing a serious issue with my JioMart account and refund process

I am unable to access my original account because OTPs are not being received on my mobile number. Due to this issue, I signed/logged out from the page, but the refund amount for my order has still not been credited back to my account.

The payment was successfully deducted from my account, but the refund is still pending. I request you to immediately:

Resolve the OTP/login issue
Restore access to my original account
Process my pending refund as soon as possible

I have attached payment screenshots and transaction details for reference.

Please treat this as a priority issue and provide a complaint/ticket number for tracking.
