I am Tanmoy Ghosh from Basirhat. I ordered a product on the Meesho app . you didn't take the order. but You have deducted money from my account.How do I get my money back now? I'll give you a screenshot. please help me.

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
