Manyavar Mohey - I am not getting refund from Manyavar outlet in Pune even though I have not collected purchased dres

I recently purchased two dresses on * May ****. on the next day itself I called in the morning and told the person in the shop to not alter any dresses but still when I called the shop again after some time they told that they altered male dress.
I want a refund for my dresses as those dresses are not collected by me till date. I request you to help me to get my refund asap as shop person is denying to refund the money and telling me about cash voucher

The voucher and dresses are no use to me
on website also you mentioned easy returns and all so policies visible on website and actual policies and treatment in shop are varying

Please help me in this matter

Please find attached herewith copy of bill in which all details are present including shop, sales person , date of purchase etc.
