DVR broadband Kurnool - I am not getting Internet properly

one month back I took DVR broadband connection but they are not providing net properly even though I gave complaints number of times to resolve my problem their wards no proper response and they took temporary action only , so that I am unable to teach online classes at the same time while my children not getting online classes here I can only provide the evidence of phone calls and complaints
