RITU BALTANA PUNJAB - I already returned their product because i need my refund but they are asking me to get receipt that

I ordered one of the product from meshoo and later on I ask them for the refund and I returned their product on ** March that was one dress of *** rupees to the courier partner shadow fax and ask for refund but now they are asking me that please provide us that acknowledgement slip that earlier they said that if they provide you then it's okay and if they do not provide it to you then also okay and now they are telling me that when you get that slip then only they can give me back refund back.
