Lakshmi Hyundai - HyundaibCar complete handover not done even after more than a year it is incomplete

bought Hyundai i** Asta optional, automatic transmission car with Lakshmi Hyundai dealer in Hyderabad. I bought it in **** Jul. Till now they have not handed over the *nd key to me. It looks none bothered. Not sure even this complaint will result in any action. Ideally for this cheating and delay, I should get completebcar cost as refund. But everything looks works only with bribe here and normal customer complaint is not at all taken care
