I have done a booking for Hyundai Aura car on **st August **** through their sales representative Mr. Sambhu and transferred the booking amount of Rs.**** to SS Hyundai's federal bank account (variyapuram, pathanamthitta branch) via google pay. I have cancelled the booking due to not so good experience from the dealer. I have given the cancellation request to the sales person Mr. Sambhu on september **th, ****. After that they stopped attending the calls and messages and didn't refund the amount.
Really bad experience from Hyundai dealer, bad customer experience.
Request them to refund the booking amount given by me.
I'm attaching all the evidence with this complaint.

i have ordered driver side door beeding since * month before even also no responce from their side totally fed up
