Hyundai Creta 2020 - Hyundai car booking done but no confirmation received

As we have booked a new Hyundai creta E variant model at trident Hyundai showroom KR Puram Bengaluru. Sales person and manager said car will get delivered within *month , as we booked car in December **th **** . Till date we have not got any confirmation from sales executive or manager . Our car has not yet delivered till now .So I request you to look up this concern and resolve our problems .
