This is to inform you that the i had contacted customer service twice and both time the representative were disrespectful and the last guy hunged up the call just because i wanted to talk to his supervisor, he put me long hold without even informing and then he hunged up, while i was on hold he unhold the call several time. Thankfully i have a call regarding which i have attached to above this email.
So its all started when i made a payment the total outstanding this time but i have mistakenly paid it after the due date. It's been a long time since i am using ICICI credit card so i thought to call customer service and request for waiver if possible. When i asked the first rep to transfer call to supervisor he said no one is available and taken my request for call back. Unfortunately as i expected no called me back.
Do you guys even know ? how bad your customer service is?. you senior staff always stays on escalation.
I am very much disappointed with the bank service and wish to file a lawsuit against ICICI Bank
