Incident took place at wow momos phoenix market City Pune I placed one cheese momo burger at **:**.. and confirmed on time I will get it..
* to * min was the expected time as per the sales person.,
It took ** min to get me the orders I placed ...
Though the manager was not available I preferred to hav my meal.. after enjoying the delicious burger post ** min I request the counter staff to get me the manager... It took ** min more of mine to wait for the manager as he was not available.
U have a made the great product to cater...
But the behaviour and response of your associates at counter was hell disappointing.
Pls look into it you may loose more customers...
