I have a FD/Policy(Scheme- GOLDEN **) name of my mother(Kusama Devi) and same was matured on **-Jun-****. we want the withdraw the same and visited *-* times in home branch from last * years(CITY BRANCH CHAPRA), but we are unable to withdraw the same due to refused to provide the maturity amount by barnch manager and give us a new date for same again and again.
Same policy was matured earlier in **** but same thing happen at that time and policy forcefully renew by branch manager for next * years and change the company from SAHARA INDIA to HUMARA INDIA.
