https shoponflip com - https shoponflip com claimed promotional offer and looted with Rs 799 without sending the product

I got a call from https://shoponflip.com/ on **th December ****, claiming they have short listed ** nos. and offering one of * gifts - **" sony tv or iPhone ** or Dell Laptop. This was not a lucky draw and if I purchase any of the item listed on their given site costing from ***rs, I will get a call within ** hrs and will be asked to make my choice. Condition was, I should buy their product with payment, no Cash On Delivery option. I bought a watch for my son costing Rs *** - Black Gold Smartwatch(https://shoponflip.com/product/black-gold-smartwatch/) . Even received mail. but order is not yet delivered.
I was told before payment that I will not be paying single rupee for that gift. but when I made payment, I was told I will need to pay taxes for the gift.

I received call the other day, I simply said, " you people are fooling us, send me the item I paid for, I dont need your gift".
