HSRP not received .I received a message stating that number has been delivered and the date of appointment was **/**/****. Till today delaer at Pune location has not recived the number plate, Every time when I call up get same reply _concern has been raised with the relevant team and they are working on it.Even I have got falll assurance stating that number plate is dlivered .Providing incorrect updates multiple times reflects a serious lapse in responsibility and raises questions about the credibility of the organization.The operations seem to be fundamentally flawed: • The team handling customer calls has no access to email. • The team responding to emails continues to commit false promises and is completely unaware of what has been discussed over phone calls.ication.Location:Pune
