Sir,
I had booked my appointment to fix the HSRP number plate for *th June ****. While i got a SMS saying that the plate is out for delivery, I have got no more updates on this.
My torturous journey with Rosmerta started from that day. Have been trying to reach out to Rosmerta multiple times (** conversations) over mail and numerous phone calls - but to no avail. Each time i am assured by the representatives that the case is prioritized and will be solved soon! Every time they actually show the same indifference and repeat the same monotonous statement about getting back and prioritizing - but absolutely no action has been taken so far on this.
I had visited the original (My_Raasta) workshop (that was supposed to fit the number plate) * times and physically verified that my plate is not present there. Had also visited another workshop * times, after the Rosmerta support mailed me confirming the delivery to that shop - in spite of the fact that the workshop was ~**km from my place.
The company is not able to confirm where the number plate is and is not able to give me any further details of the same.
I am also not able to cancel the order and place a new one...they are not able to do so even after multiple requests from my side.
I am helpless and frustrated on this since this is the same status since June. I would be penalized for no fault of mine, anytime now since official deadline as of now is over.
Kindly support and help me get the HSRP at the earliest..

All these interactions have not only frustrated me as a customer - but also has openly made me realize that i as a customer is actually helpless. That there is no one to actually reach out to - since all the mail IDs point to the same Rosmerta system and things get hopeless. The issue is not just about money - even if i am willing to let go of the money i paid, i am not able to get Rosmerta send me another number plate! So basically, i am very helpless.
