Real Industries Ltd - HSRP colour sticker not delivered

I had ordered Front Plate, Rear Plate & Third Licence Plate Sticker for fitting into my vehicle. However, the authorised fitment centre told me that the third licence plate sticker (HSRP colour sticker) is not delivered by the company. On contacting the company via given telephone no. and email, I received no meaningful response. The customer support staff was unable to provide clear timeline for resolution of my grievance and did not transfer my call to her senior executive for resolution. Despite giving false assurances on quick resolution on call and **hr reply policy on email, I am yet to receive a valid response. I raised a complaint on **/**/**** but have received no resolution yet let alone a meaningful response. As a result of this delay, I am unable to ply my vehicle in the road fearing traffic challans.
