Hewlett Packard Enterprise - hp replaced original motherboard with some old one

As shown in bill attached my motherboard of my laptop was replaced due to problem, but hp replaced my original good motherboard with a old series motherboard due which all of pc speed went so down that simple multi-tasking became tedious and time taking job.

Pc has *gb ram ,***gb hard disk, core i* processor it works slower than even dual core processor.
And it has no major games or softwares installed, just formatted few days back still pathetic speed.
This hp pavilion g* **** tx laptop. It costed me *****/- in ****.

When I relised that this was some old mother board that was given to me I called and they came and only changed the name of the motherboard and went when I said speed hasn’t increased and why am I made to compromise with original motherboard he denied tried convincing me that it is original but clear the speed had dropped drastically. And when called them again within next few days the warranty had expired and now they started asking me money for same now, I being on ship had to leave country after that.
Recently I tried to contact them then it took approx ** min for them to pick up the phone when finally they picked as I told my problem after that they disconnected just after hearing the problem, dear hp I its so bad you are treating customers like that, first you don’t provide right spare then you disconnect them after hearing the problem, I have proof as audio recording of the agent too who represents you.
It kills so much of my time and even small softwares and movies are sometimes difficult to run.
